Our Story

Lavender Mountain Game Calls and Guide Service was started in 1983 by Harry Burkett. Custom made box calls of the Neil Cost design was his primary call in the beginning. All of our line of calls are made by hand and are not production run calls. In the beginning Doug Camp of Camp Calls, was a huge asset to Harry. Roscoe Reems, one of Georgia’s most famous turkey hunters, was also a personal friend. Harry and his oldest son Chad have been successful in designing scratch boxes, tube calls and many others.
